Make the spring cleanig your training

Spring cleaning vs spring training. And why not both at the same time. You will have clean house, you will be in a perfect shape and you will save some time. Every single routine can help you burning calories. For example dusting burns 160 calories, cleaning the bathroom - 250 calories and gardening - 288 calories. If you clean your house every day, even for an hour, after month you will notice the difference in your appearance and body shape.

1. Play on the right music. Your favorite music will create a suitable atmosphere for cleaning. Follow the beat and the activities will become a dance or entertainment. Music will motivates you to do more effective exercises.

2. Put appropriate clothing. When you go to the gym, you always put on comfortable clothes, aren't you? Same with the cleaning that you want to become a workout.

3. Whenever you're doing the cleaning, tighten your abs. As long as you doing it, the result will be better. Any simple movement can help you train your abs without doing wearisome crunches. It is much easier and time saving.

4. Use step ladder, even it is not so high. Cleaning the ceilings, dusting the home library or waxing the door frames - use step ladder. With this actions you exercise the bottom muscles and upper legs. Through five minutes you have to go down and then again go up to the ladder.

5. Change your hands permanently while washing the windows. Make circles with the both hands and change them in every five minutes. With this exercise you burn 200 calories per hour.

6. Scrub floors on your hands and knees. This exercise will help you in two directions. First you will clean the floors better and also will train the bottom muscles. Before scrubbing the floor and burn 350 calories while doing it, you can vacuum it well. This action will help you to burn else 165 calories per hour.

7. Beat all the rugs. Beat them with a clean broom outside of the house. This way you will exercise your arm muscles. It is like a boxing workout and the rugs will be no longer a hiding place for dust.

8. Make big circles when scrubbing. Any time you scrub something in the kitchen or bathroom, make big circles. It is good aero exercise that develops lungs.

9. Use the stairs as much as you can. That will help you to burn 516 calories per hour. Don't try to wear as much as you can up and down. Do as many repetitions of this exercise as you can.

10. When you're ironing, keep the laundry basket on the floor. The ironing itself can burn 113 calories per hour. But bending and straightening will help you to train your back and waist too.
